Frequently Asked Questions

What is the required deposit?

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining amount will be due 2 weeks before your event date.

Do you travel outside Austin?

Absolutely! $0.95/mile travel fee if the event venue is outside a 20-mile radius of downtown Austin.

What are your add-on's?

Digital copy link to all guest photos ($50)

Red carpet + stanchions ($100)

An extra hour of service ($150)

Standard backdrop ($150)

Premium backdrop ($300)

What does your setup include?

For the Snappy Hour package, we just come with our booth setup. For the other two packages, we bring a black-covered table to hold props, a backdrop of your choice, and a stand for the printer.
