Welcome to Hey Honey Booth. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide event entertainment through our photo booth. Packages, pricing, and service details are outlined on our website or booking form.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your date.
Remaining balances are due no later than [14 days] before the event.
Additional hours or add-ons may be requested at extra cost.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Use of Photos & Content
By using our services, you grant us permission to use event photos for marketing, unless you notify us in writing.
Guests may download and share their photos freely for personal use.
5. Liability
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as described. However, we are not responsible for:
Power/internet outages beyond our control.
Venue restrictions.
Guest misuse of equipment.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
6. SMS Communications
By booking, you consent to receive text updates regarding your event.
Message frequency varies. Standard message & data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
